Our Corporate Structure

Comprised of a strong team of 12 tourism professionals and experienced technical staff, Meridian Reservation Systems provides leading edge technological solutions in all aspects of the tourism and hospitality industries.

The main principals of the organization come from diverse tourism and hospitality backgrounds. At one time or another, our management and executive teams have been actively engaged in the following professions:

• Hotel Ownership
• Membership on the boards of multiple CVB’s and tourism organizations
• Management positions at major tourist attractions
• Management positions at the Provincial Ministry of Tourism
• Consulting services for major retail enterprises
• Market development for arts and cultural properties

Complimenting the tourism and hospitality side of the company are our highly experienced technical staff. Our 8 man technical team consists of programmers, multimedia & web development specialists, and graphic designers.

The programming staff are all Microsoft Certified Engineers and all have multiple years of experience in the development of content management systems, reservation systems, on-line ticketing and e-commerce modules, accounting packages, employee management modules, and sport management systems.

The multimedia & web site development team are all graduates of the Niagara College Multimedia Program and have a strong knowledge of all web site developmental languages and the software programs used to create them.

The combined expertise of our staff has lead to the development of the Meridian Destination Management System. Our organization’s unique insights into the complexity of administering a major DMO and its related product needs are the result of the Meridian DMS deployment in multiple destinations around the globe and through our own management of Niagara Central Reservations.
